Requires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization. Requires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis. Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Requires 4-5 years of experience.

This is an entry level administrative role, with excellent opportunity for growth and advancement into senior administrative roles. Job Duties & Requirements • Welcome visitors and liaise with senior administrative staff to ensure smooth and timely check-in of guests. • Answer and redirect phone calls to the appropriate department. • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed. • Candidate must be friendly, helpful, professional, and dependable. • Requires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization. • Requires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis. • Work hours: M-F, 8am – 5pm • Requires 2-4 years of experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
