Safety Program administrator

Managers – The management of Mandrill is responsible for providing employees with a safe workplace that is free of hazards, proper tools for their work and training that meets the standards of regulatory agencies.

Supervisors – The supervisors of Mandrill are responsible for monitoring the work sites to ensure employees are protected from hazards or unsafe conditions, that the employees are working safely and take prompt action to address any hazards or unsafe conditions that occur.

Employees – The employees of Mandrill are responsible for attending all health & safety training, complying with all company and customer safety standards, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) for the job, reporting all hazardous conditions and all job-related injuries/illnessand/or near misses to their supervisor.

Mandrill will identify both existing and potential hazards in the workplace through the use of Risk Assessments (RA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Through the utilization of these tools, appropriate mitigation techniques can be applied to reduce the probability and severity of the identified hazards. Regular inspection of the workplace and review of RA’s and JSA’s will be conducted as work practices, equipment, and staff change.

• A Risk Assessments is the process of evaluating the probability and severity of specific hazardous events and exposures. Based on the RA,
Mandrill shall decide whether or not the risk is acceptable

• A Job Safety Analysis is a safety management tool in which the risks or hazards of a specific job in the workplace are identified, and then
measures to eliminate or control those hazards are determined and implemented.

Incident Managment

Mandrill’s Site Safety Administrator shall have in place a protocol for reporting all incidents. Mandrill understands and acknowledges that we shall conduct an incident investigation to ascertain the cause of any incidents and develop corrective actions or preventative measures.

Emergency Procedures

Mandrill confirms and acknowledges that it has developed and distributed, to all employees who will be completing work at a facility, field camp or customer wellsite, the following procedures and documents related to the Scope of Services being performed. Mandrill additionally confirms and acknowledges that these procedures and documents are accessible by employees and are communicated and tested regularly.
